Real people. Real impact.
Behind every therapy session is a team that genuinely cares — experienced, neuroaffirming, and committed to making a difference for the families we support.
The people who started it all
Haven was built on a simple belief — that every person deserves access to quality occupational therapy, no matter where they live.
Casey is the driving force behind Haven OT. As a passionate and dedicated occupational therapist, she founded Haven with a clear mission: to break geographical barriers and ensure every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Casey has extensive experience supporting children with diagnoses including ASD, ADHD, and anxiety, with a strong background in mental health. She brings warmth, clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to every family she works with.
Izaacc is the operational heartbeat of Haven OT. As Practice Manager, he ensures every client experience is smooth, organised, and supported from the very first enquiry through to ongoing care. He keeps the clinic running efficiently so our clinical team can stay focused on what matters most — delivering outstanding therapy. His attention to detail and genuine care for client experience sets the tone for everything Haven does.
Meet our occupational therapists
Our team brings a diverse range of backgrounds, specialities, and lived experience — united by a shared commitment to client-centred, neuroaffirming care.
With a strong background in mental health, Dom is all about real connection and real impact. She brings a fun, quirky energy to her sessions, making therapy feel approachable and engaging. Dom loves supporting people to grow in confidence and live life in a way that feels right for them.
Eveline brings a rich background in welfare work — including child protection and Youth Justice — to her OT practice. She's passionate about supporting people to thrive, not just by addressing symptoms, but by seeing and working with the whole person.
As a graduate occupational therapist, Caitlyn is passionate about helping people overcome challenges and live fulfilling lives. She prioritises building genuine relationships and works collaboratively to help individuals build confidence and engage in the activities that matter most to them.
Madi is an emerging occupational therapist with a passion for helping clients engage in meaningful activities. She is dedicated, kind, and empathetic — always striving to create an inclusive, supportive environment where every client feels seen and can succeed.
Carise brings a gentle, kind presence to everything she does — clients and colleagues alike feel instantly at ease around her. She has a beautiful way of connecting with people and tailoring her approach to suit each individual, ensuring therapy always feels personal and meaningful.
The people who keep it all moving
Our Allied Health Assistants and admin team are an essential part of every client's journey — bringing warmth, consistency, and dedication to each interaction.
Sarah is a fourth-year OT student providing Allied Health Assistant services, with a strong passion for paediatrics. She brings warmth, creativity, and a genuine love of play to every session — using engaging activities to support meaningful skill development.
Lily is a second-year OT student providing allied health assistant services. She is kind, caring, and extremely passionate about her work — dedicated and determined to help every client she supports reach their individual goals.
Kelly is often the first friendly face clients encounter at Haven. Known for exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to go above and beyond, Kelly keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes — ensuring every client feels supported from start to finish.
A team built on shared values
Our approach isn't just clinical — it's human. Here's what you can expect from every member of the Haven team.
We don't do cookie-cutter therapy. Every plan, every session, and every goal is built around the individual — their strengths, their preferences, and what matters most to them and their family.
We celebrate neurodiversity. Our team uses strengths-based, affirming approaches that honour each person's unique brain — never trying to "fix" who someone is, but supporting them to thrive as themselves.
We work with families, not just clients. Parents, carers, teachers, and support networks are a vital part of the process — we keep everyone informed, involved, and empowered every step of the way.
